We want to bring hope and a future to youth in the Queen Street West neighbourhood! I'm not sure how many of you are aware of this but Bobby's position at the church is 'raise your own support'. This is because the church is quite small & does not have the means to pay Bobby (or 2 other staff members) although the needs here are so huge. On many Sundays the children and youth out number the adults!!

We work with about 50+ youth every 2 weeks and only about 12 of these are from families that attend the church. Most of our youth comes from Alexandra Park (a housing project of about 1,500 people right inbetween the church and our place) and a low income waterfront community (yes, it really does exist!). Because of where we live and Bobby's personality, we literally meet new people and youth daily.

Anywhoo, I could go on & on. Pray with us for hope for the hopeless, a future for those who have no future & life to the full for the youth & their families in the Queen Street West area.
